"Everything you find on Lowri has been created in-house - thoughtfully designed and carefully considered. Our mission is to create pattern that has longevity and only use the best natural fabrics that will improve with age. We strive to make our processes and decisions with the environment in mind. We currently use only 100% Linen and 100% GOTS Organic Cotton fabrics at Lowri. By using the full fibre fabrics it helps to aid recyclability and biodegradability. We digitally print to order, meaning we can reduce waste from bulk printing and screen set ups, whilst utilising the digital process which is more energy efficient. With our manufacturer, all wasted fabric cut offs are collected and recycled and uses the resulting fibre as bioenergy, incinerating it to create heat sources and electricity. We also use AZO dye-free inks and these are OEKO-TEX certified. All our notecards and headers are printed on GSC Certified recycled paper and our packaging is all recyclable and made with a portion of recycled materials. We donate 5% of sales to Rewinding Britain via Work for Good - whose aim is to return large parts of the UK back to its natural state and encourage the return of wildlife." - Jo of Lowri
