Terms & Conditions


  • RETURNS - If you have purchased from our Haines Curates collection (green frame around product image), please note there is a no returns policy. Contact us within 24hrs of your confirmation email to cancel. After this time all purchases are final. Most of our fabrics are completely natural therefore a slight variation in weave, cloth colour, unevenness or slubs are to be expected between batches. This is not considered a fault as is inherent of natural fabrics.

    If you have purchased from the Haines Collection leftover products, all returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To initiate a return please email info@hainescollection.co.uk

  • DAMAGED DELIVERY - if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 1 week of delivery. After this time we will not be able to send out a replacement or refund. Most of our fabrics are completely natural therefore a slight variation in weave, cloth colour, unevenness or slubs are to be expected between batches. This is not considered a fault as is inherent of natural fabrics
  • CANCELLATION: If you wish to cancel your order please get in touch within 24hrs of your order confirmation email. We have the right to cancel your order if the item is no longer in stock or if it is a Print Second and we feel that the standard isn't good enough to sell. If we cancel your order we will refund you or if you wish - swap your order for another fabric.

  • PRICE: The Price of the Goods is as posted on our website. We then confirm the Price of Goods ordered plus delivery charges when you place an Order. Prices all include VAT at 20%. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • PAYMENT - Orders will not be processed until payment is made in full. We do not accept cheques, only credit or debit cards over the phone or through the website.
  • DELIVERY - Fabric from our leftover collection will be delivered within 14 working days, if you need it sooner please contact us and we will try and post urgently. Items from Haines Curates will depend on each designers policy, please see the individual product post for delivery details. If you purchased multiple products, they may arrive with you in different deliveries. All items are sent via a signed courier and will need to be signed for. You, the customer, is considered the owner of Goods once they leave us. If returning goods, for any reason, proper packaging is required. We do not bear any responsibility for damage to Goods due to the return shipment by you. We reserve the right to charge for the return of Goods if a refund has been granted and you fail to return the Goods.
  • YOUR DATA - We may have to pass on your name, address and phone number to a supplier, but this is for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. I will never share your data otherwise.
  • WEBSITE ERRORS - If any price listed is inaccurate due to an administrative or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In the case that it has already been charged to your credit card or PayPal account, we will issue a credit back to the appropriate account. If you perceive any technical error while processing an order and require assistance or clarification please contact us via the website, citing your specific concerns and any relevant order confirmation or promotional code. 
  • NOTE: “Terms” or “Conditions” means the terms and conditions of sale; “Goods” or “Products” pertains to fabric and any other Goods supplied by us in reference to your Order; “Order” means an Order made by you for the supply of Goods by us; “Price” means the price of the Goods, plus any relevant delivery charges; “you and your” means the customer who buys Goods from us; “our, us, we” means Haines Collection.
