Terms & Conditions

RETURNS 

Any returns or exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note, Haines Curates items cannot be returned or refunded. To request a return please email info@hainescollection.co.uk and include your full name and order number. Please note handmade items or orders over 10m may incur a restocking fee.

CANCELLATIONS 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your confirmation email. After which, all purchases are final. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the item is no longer in stock or if it is a Print Second and we feel that the standard isn't good enough to sell. If we cancel your order, we will refund you or offer a replacement.

PRICE 

The price of the goods is as published on our website and include VAT at 20%. When you place an order, we will confirm the price of goods ordered plus delivery charges via email. Prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT 

Orders will not be processed until payment is made in full. We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay. We do not accept cheques.

DELIVERY 

PLEASE NOTE - Orders placed during any Sale period will have a longer lead time of up to 3 weeks due to increased demand. Items are usually delivered within 14 working days of the order being placed. If you require express shipping, please contact us. Haines Curates items are subject to the shipping policy of the individual designer, as described in the product information published on our website. Purchases with multiple items may be delivered separately. All items are shipped via signed courier and will need to be signed for. You, the customer, are considered owner of the Goods once they have left our premises.

Important Information for U.S. Orders

Please note: Under new U.S. shipping regulations, products valued under $800 are no longer exempt from taxes and duties.

  • The purchaser is responsible for paying all duties and taxes on their order.

  • Before your items are delivered, you may be contacted by the carrier or U.S. Customs to arrange payment. You may also be asked to provide proof of identification.

  • If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you will need to provide your EIN number.

DAMAGED DELIVERY 

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Do not cut or use your fabric during this time, as it may affect your right to a refund or exchange.

YOUR DATA

We may need to share your name, address and phone number to a supplier in order to fulfill your order and for this purpose only. Under no other circumstances will your data be shared with a third party.

WEBSITE ERRORS 

If any price listed is inaccurate due to an administrative or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In the case that it has already been charged to your credit card or PayPal account, we will issue a credit back to the appropriate account. If you perceive any technical error while processing an order and require assistance or clarification please contact us via the website, citing your specific concerns and any relevant order confirmation or promotional code.


NOTE 

“Terms” or “Conditions” mean the terms and conditions of sale; “Goods”, "Items" or “Products” pertains to fabric and any other Goods supplied by us in reference to your Order; “Order” means an Order made by you for the supply of Goods by us; “Price” means the price of the Goods, plus any relevant delivery charges; “you" and "your” means the customer who buys Goods from us; “our", "us" and "we” means Haines Collection Limited.
