Returns & Cancellations

Any returns or exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To request a return please email and include your full name and order number. Failure to provide this information may delay your return. Please note handmade items or orders over 10m (per design) may incur a restocking fee.

Please note, Haines Curates items cannot be returned or refunded.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your confirmation email. After which, all purchases are final.


When we have received and checked your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied (less shipping cost - see Shipping below) via the original method of payment. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, double check your bank account then contact your bank or credit card company to check the status. It can sometimes take a few days to process the transaction. If the refund still doesn't come through, please contact us at
Damaged Delivery

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Do not cut or use your fabric during this time, as it may affect your right to a refund or exchange.

Natural Fabrics
The majority of our fabrics are made from natural materials, therefore slight variations can occur between batches. Any discrepencies in weave, cloth colour, evenness or slubs are to be expected. They are not considered a fault and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Sale, Remnants & Clearance items

Purchases of Sale or Remnants & Clearance items are final and cannot be refunded.


We can only exchange defective or damaged items, subject to availability. To request an exchange please email


You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return an item. If you are shipping an item of value, we recommend using trackable shipping and/or shipping insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned items that are lost in transit.

In the event of a refund being issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted automatically.

The lead time for receiving an exchanged item may vary, depending on your location.
