Framboise was the first Inchyra design and was re-worked from an early 1900s French linen found on a brocanting foray in the South of France over 20 years ago. After printing, we treat the linen with our highly specialist ageing process to give it a soft aged feel which reproduces the look and feel of antique fabric but keeps the strength of new.
Print Method: Print to order - Digitally printed on pure linen and treated with our softening and ageing finish.
Manufacturers Eco Certification: Linen Mill used is a Gold Member of the Sustainable Furnishings Council and a certified Carbon-Neutral Weaving Mill
Fabric Care: Dry Clean only
Use: Suitable for curtains, cushions, light domestic upholstery (when used with a Schedule 3 barrier cloth) and other soft furnishings
Designer's Sustainability Pledge: "My aim is that Inchyra fabrics should be as natural as possible so that they will, eventually, fully biodegrade. In 100 years’ time I like to think that my linens will either be the antiques of the time or have fully biodegraded, leaving no footprint on the planet." Caroline at Inchyra
