The sixth episode of our Sustainable Interiors series is with glassware painter Emma Bestley from Move Over Magnolia.
You could say Move Over Magnolia started when Emma was just 13 years old after being inspired in her favourite art shop with some glass paint. Even since then, Emma has been sourcing second hand glassware from charity shops to flea markets, bringing them back to life with her signature painting style.
I got to visit Emma's colourful studio this summer, talking to her about where she takes inspiration from, how she turned her passion into a successful sustainable business and why the rental industry in interiors is the way forward.
