Anna Chapman Parker’s design began with a 6th century drawing of a bramble in a Byzantine manuscript. This prompted a trail of research which, as Anna drew, began to weave together into a thorny tapestry. Thicket charms a room with a feeling of enclosure and spins us into the realm of ancient fairytale.
